Piers Meadows

Piers started working in the healthcare recruitment industry in 1996. Starting at ground level he was part of a successful start-up company based in North London that grew into an established AHP provider of locum staff to the NHS and private companies nationwide. In 1999 he founded Piers Meadows Recruitment Limited. Initially recruiting Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, the team has grown over the years and now provides all Allied Health Professionals and Health Science Service staff. Piers is involved in all aspects of the business and particularly in the recruitment of new personnel.

Alex Meadows

Alex joined PMR in 2000. Alex is responsible for all recruitment activities within PMR. An Economics and French graduate, he worked for 6 years as Retail Manager of an exclusive Interior Design Company on the Kings Road. He then went on to become General Manager of Wildwood Golf Club in Surrey, and still spends as much time as possible on the golf course.

Camilla Scott-Bowden

Camilla graduated from Oxford Brookes in 2007 where she studied Performing Arts in Education and Hospitality Management. Before working at Piers Meadows Recruitment, she was the sales coordinator for the British Fashion Council. In her spare time, Camilla enjoys going to art galleries, fashion, sailing and cooking and socialising with friends. She joined in 2012 as Payroll Assistant.

Ross Webber

Ross joined PMR specialising in Radiographers, Speech Therapists and Dieticians after studying business at University. Ross’ interests include table tennis, Leicester City Football Club and bad jokes.

Katie Potts

Katie graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2008 where she studied Sociology. Before working at Piers Meadows Recruitment, she taught English as a foreign language in Poland. In her spare time she likes going to new places, trying new food, and listening to music. She joined in 2011 to recruit Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.

Michael Locke

Michael has been working in recruitment for over 15 years. The majority of his experience has been in the UK locum AHP market. Michael joined Piers Meadows to work within the London team covering the whole of the UK but also splitting his time with the Bath office focusing on Bristol and the South West where we have a solid client and locum base.

Kim Deadman

Kim joined Piers Meadows Recruitment in 2002. Kim has gained years of recruitment experience, and also looks after our three major contracts in Yorkshire, East Midlands and the South West. Kim is a history graduate from Royal Holloway, University of London. In her spare time she loves visiting new places, film and going to the theatre.

Angus Ferguson

Angus graduated from Swansea University in 2010 and joined piers meadows to work on the ever expanding Speech and Language Therapy team alongside Ray, and he has now moved on to work with the Physio and OT team. In his spare time Angus enjoy a wide range of sports from football to golf, he also loves to socialise in the evenings whenever possible.

Kester Mullan

Kester graduated with a degree in Biology in 2015 before joining Piers Meadows in 2017 to work in Speech and Language Therapy and Dietetics. Kester has a keen interest in cycling – one of his long term goals is to cycle a stage of the Tour de France. He also enjoys running, bad jokes, and anything involving dogs.

Natalie Smith

Natalie graduated from Plymouth University in 2016 with a degree in Psychology with Sociology. She joined Piers Meadows in 2017 to work on the Speech & Language Therapy and Dietetics teams and is dedicated to providing the highest standard of service to her clients and candidates. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys socialising, trying new things and keeping fit through running.

Raymond Aherne

Raymond graduated from Sheffield University with a degree in English Literature and History. Raymond joined us in 2009 to recruit Speech & Language Therapists. In his spare time he likes playing his guitar, reading classical literature, especially Tennyson and Shakespeare, and going to the cinema.

Victoria Merkalenko

Victoria joined PMR in 2008, bringing with her recruitment experience having spent the last 2 years in social care recruitment. Victoria comes from a teaching background and is also fluent in Russian and Ukrainian. In her spare time she enjoys reading classical literature, cooking as well as visiting museums and art galleries.

Gemma Gordon

After spending two years in New York and working as a full time performer, Gemma joined Piers Meadows to recruit Physiotherapists and Occupational therapists. She has great admiration for the NHS and is passionate about what Piers Meadows offers candidates and clients. In her spare time, Gemma likes to keep fit and active and try new things, like stage fighting and Pilates.

Ben Anderson

Ben has recently moved to London from New Zealand. He studied Physical Education at the University of Otago and graduated in December 2014. Outside of work he takes part in athletics and enjoys travelling.

Timothy Bond

Timothy studied English Literature at the University of Brighton and has worked in compliance and support within recruitment for several years. He joined Piers Meadows as Office Manager in 2017. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, hiking, playing guitar, producing theatrical productions and reading.

Milena Miteva

Milena joined the Payroll team in 2016 after graduating from London Metropolitan University with a degree in Finance and accounting. In her spare time she enjoys going to museums, visiting new places, photography and socializing with friends.
